Wellness Centre Routine health care services will be discharged as required from the site in a designated office. However, in cases of emergency, medical assistance will be provided at the scene of the incident as required. When such need arises, the chain of survival in the emergency response system will be activated. It is proposed that basic emergency care and stabilization would be done on site. This may require provision of oxygen therapy, nebulisations, initiation of essential first line drug therapy and intravenous cannulation. Body Matters has an established cordial and professional relationship with FMH Emergency Medical Clinic and in cases of a major emergency the patients will be transported to FMH Emergency Medical Clinic for further medical care. 
The assessment of blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol levels, weights, visual acuity and body mass index will form the baseline of health care services provided. Depending on the results of these tests it may be necessary to counsel employees and refer them for further medical evaluation. The Health Care Facility will provide health services as requires and determined by your organization. Health services will also be provided beyond this period if it become necessary and arrangements made to accommodate any special needs. Quarterly report on the operations of the Health Care Facility will be provided.
